Tasting notes and food pairing
A wine with great character and surprising youth despite its long ageing. Intense cherry red colour with garnet rim. Great complexity of aromas on which stand out red fruit jam, prunes, well combined with the fine notes of spices from the barrel (clove and allspice). Silky and intense in the mouth, with a persistent and elegant finish.
